TrustedBlocker is a small app, which enhances surfing with Safari on your iPhone or iPad: Disturbing advertisments like overlays or blinking banners are reduced to a minimum and thus your experience surfing the web is greatly improved. Did you know that about 50%-90% of data being transferred to your device while you visit a website is to display adverts? Precious amounts of your data included in your plan is wasted for content you likely did not want to see. TrustedBlocker stops loading of such elements and Safari can load websites much faster than before - and on top of that you save data.

With TrustedBlocker you have full control over what content is being blocked and from which domains (URLs). The app shows you a list of all blocked domains and you have total control over what is being blocked. You can add new domains yourself and dont need for us to update the block list. And dont worry, TrustedBlocker cannot save any data about your surfing habits as it has no way to see where you surf. On top of that the only connection TrustedBlocker establishes with its server is to download a list of domains to block or if you report a website to have unwanted content displayed.

* Speeds up surfing with Safari on your iPhone or iPad

* Stops being tracked by social networks (has to be explicitly activated in TrustedBlocker)

* No transmitting of data to TrustedBlockers Server.

* No tracking of surfing habits.

* Absolute transparency about what is being blocked including the domain names.

* Hand-pick which content is being blocked.

* Whitelist for your beloved websites which should be exempt from content blocking.

* Includes an image and media blocker to even further reduce the amount of data being transferred. This is quite handy at the end of the month when your data plan is used up and you can only surf with EDGE or GPRS speeds.
